FACILITATE is an Arizona nonprofit, organized to help low income students and underserved individuals ages 16-25 navigate the complex process of college and career planning. We have a network of charitable foundations, public giving and individuals we call "FACILITATORS".

Please refer an individual that meets the qualifications for a Full Pell Grant, Free and Reduced Lunch program or and Underserved person, 16-25 years.
REFERRAL FORM
​Our Mission is to provide free, intensive consultation services to help establish a positive career/educational pathway. We provide intensive consultation sessions to help the student navigate post secondary education options including four-year university, two-year community college, vocational education and skilled internships.

FACILITATE offers help navigating sensitive timelines and information for College Applications and scholarship portals.
FACILITATE offers help to applying for Financial Aid (FAFSA).
FACILITATE helps with SAT and ACT support services.
FACILITATE proudly supports America's armed forces and educates those interested in ROTC and enlistment.
